We have a 7 days return policy for all our rugs and we’ll pay for the return delivery charges if the product that you have received got damaged during shipping or if you have received the wrong product. And for all the other reasons we do accept returns within the 7 days of the order being delivered but the customer will have to bear the return shipping charges for the product.
