All orders are processed within 12-24 hours Estimated delivery time :

Return & Exhanges
- Customers can only exchange their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered. Returns are only possible if there are some manufacturing defects in the delivered product. Return requests are to be raised within 3 days from the time of delivery in case of manufacturing defects. (Sale items are non-returnable)
- We do not accept returns on certain categories including but not limited to stationary items like stickers, posters, collage kits, framed posters, shorts, and keychains.
- In case of return the customer will only be reimbursed the amount paid for the products. COD and delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods return.

The product was good
....
I ordered two Mystery Katanas and when it arrived just today, I was blown away by the actual quality of the product. So I immediately wanted to write a review on it.
The metal of the blades and the scabbard did not felt cheap, it was quite heavy and the sword itself, I have no complaints. The sword stand, which I honestly didn't know was included, was very good, easy to put together, and looks very good.
The problem I have, is with first of all, the colour. I apparently got a Enma that was white. I don't really have that much of a problem with it, but only wish that I was atleast informed that the colours may vary, and if I missed that information, then that is on my part.
The second complaint I have with it, is with the scabbard (see pics) where the two pieces of the scabbards are a bit more 'apart' than I'd like them to be, I could feel it shifting a bit, and because of that, it felt like it would come apart whenever I touched/grabbed/played with it, *ESPECIALLY* the white Enma. And I don't know if I got a bad or maybe damaged product or it thats just how it is supposed to be(which if possible I would like to be informed about through email by the people incharge), but I really wish that the scabbard was a bit more 'intact' and firm.
Aside from that, very good product, would recommend for display (Too big to be keychains).
I received the best katana with an auto-lock mechanism.
